Adam Hoak

I'm from Ponca City, OK and went to school at Oklahoma State University. After college, I was in my first professional corporate role at 22 but started a search to start a business. At 23, I founded my first business with a purchase of a storage facility in rural Kansas with 195 units with two other partners in January 2021. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma we continued focusing on buying self storage assets until I became the full-time asset manager in April 2022 with our current portfolio of 5 about to grow to 9 self storage facilities in May 2022. I continued to focus on operations of the assets and I now manage 14 storage facilities covering 500,000 sqft and 3500+ customers with a team of 12 people. I continue to search for new ways to strengthen our position and grow and preserve the capital our partners have trusted with us.
